I mostly favor Godzilla being a non-dinosaur archosaur (or maybe even an archosauromorph), but if I HAD to headcanon a placement in Dinosauria for him, I think I'd make him a Megaraptoran. I feel like the clade's smaller heads and large, well-developed arms synergize well with Godzilla's build.
