Now that the US has a Dept of War should we non Americans be afraid the US will start wars from any of its 742 military bases around the World? China only has 29 bases and no Dept of War.

This is our 10 year old Toyota Fortuner, 2.5 litre diesel, 7 seater, SUV. I bought it new, unseen, while we were still in the UK and having never driven one. For the first 2 years the 4km road to our village was unpaved and often flooded. Very useful when building our house. It's been excellent.
