my only experience with apple devices is are with iPad Pros since I need them for work, but so far, the no 'close all apps' and lessened customizability are true haha

Watch them adding a back gesture in 2028, naming it 'Return Swipe' or smth and calling it innovation

Honestly I'm very much willing to give iphones a chance, they look very nice and smooth, but man that one inconvenience feels like a major oversight

I'm guessing it's just something people learn as they use their phones daily haha, still, as someone who just wanted to try out an iphone, that was not a very good first impression, at least for me personally

THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT like I genuinely thought every smartphone of any OS just have that on by default... especially since every time apple releases new devices they always throw the word 'innovation' around lmao

Right? I never thought about it much, I thought the back gesture is a universal smartphone thing because it just seemed so simple and intuitive, but I guess not?

It seemed like such a minor thing but that one simple thing will fuck me up if I have to remember different gestures for every app.
I'll stick to just my iPad Pro as my only apple device for work.
