Went DIY with elastic latex for the stretch strength, wrapped that in greenhouse membrane tape. Left the inside open to fill with liquid nails and get a semi-permanent bond. It won’t move and that’s what we want.

Used rebar through posts to hang lights. Any suggestions on how to attach the rebar to the pvc frame for stability?
