good morning everyone!

after our Sniff Spot fun we slept until separate night walkies with just mom. Dad had to be up at 5 a.m. for ⚽️ and we really don’t like to get out on Friday night until after 10 pm. we both got an hour walk (mom got 2 hours) and we were home by almost midnight. 12:15 a.m.
coda went first last night and he did have to deal with a lot of cars in the neighborhood but even more dogs walking, which is hard for errors and Kota is a little better with cars and then Iris is with dogs Here is under some street light at Kirke Park. He’s all for paws upon a granite rock. He’s posing nicely just like the lion King Erin loves to pose everywhere. I like this one because the lights match her harness. The lights on the house are red with some amber highlights red and amber looks so good together and Iris is bringing her red harness. She’s two paws up on the rock wall not really there’s grass in the background in between their house and Harris This is the person who is a theater light specialist and his lights are always color coordinated. this is only a rental. They actually have a house that’s been remodeled and they’ve been living here for almost 2 years so it must be taking a while. I can just imagine what his personal house looks like and all the lights.

Where is wet? The gloves are in a plastic bag because they’re wet and then you can see. There’s always these black ferns sort of the base of the plant and then you can see that one looks like a heart and I did not place the green stem there.

when we left we were so wet and so tired. it rained 1.1 inches today
The wet puppies Koda is hugging the dragonfly log stump Harris is trying to get up. They both look very wet and very tired. Has two errors has one she’s just getting up and I go ahead and snap a photo.

this is toward the end of our visit. I Narrate what’s happening Koda actually finds the glove first. I don’t make a big deal of it. I tell them they both did a good job. I don’t want to create any competition (resource-guarding the glove) between them.

this Sniff Spot host has a coffee bar you can park your car and stop before heading in. 😍
Isn’t this unbelievable? There is a coffee bar and here you can see some little mini muffins and you can pick out the coffee you like there’s also some bowties that you can buy for your dog and make a donation to charity.

so for nosework today we did something different. we did combined nosework. and as you see i say “good puppies” and I pay them both on the glove not distinguishing who found it. they both get 5 treats counted out.

this is at a #SniffSpot called High Rock Meadow. It is our favorite Sniff Spot. To me it’s a destination everyone should visit once at least get in the car and do a road trip. It is like doing a walk in a #PNW park that you have all to yourself.

Hi beautiful Pacific Northwest Park but it’s not a park. It’s a sniff spot so it’s your own private park that you rent another view I think Erin is in here. It’s just a forest a beautiful forest. You can see the fence. It’s a very strong fence for dogs that weigh over 130 pounds. It’s 4 feet tall today was a rainy day. Just looking at the view of the beautiful trees in the misty Pacific Northwest day

some of the ferns are starting to die back for winter at our sniff spot and look what I found 🖤
this is a fern that looks like a heart when I was walking by there’s rain and different sticks. One green stick almost looks like it’s forming a flower and then Eric came by to see what I was doing so her black paw is in the photo on the left top.

hello friends, it’s going to rain heavy to moderate all day. We’re going do something really brave and go back to our favorite sniff spot in pouring rain. koda gets very bad cabin- fever if he sits inside too long. ahem 6 hours…Our dad was able to go with us to the playfield last night.
here the puppies are at the dark playfield Dakota is standing in the foreground areas is laying a little bit further back errors I think is looking at her dad who is not in the film. It was a nice night no rain but now we still need to get out today. The thing about High Drive German shepherds is it they need to run all the time so it doesn’t matter what you did six hours ago. You still have to do something now.

One reason we went late is because that way Mom could zip tie all the gates with Electrical ties and put coda in first then go back to the car. She parks somewhere where she could see the car and then she got me out of the car (so complicated) we are too strong as this autoimmune disease gets worse.
the car is parked in the new parking let adjacent to the playfield. back in this far corner by an outhouse we are so lucky just when mom could take us anymore they open this lot so she can park closer and take us one at a time. of course we aren’t happy to be left while she gets us both in the playfield but the hardest is when she leaves one of us at the end. auto immune diseases suck

The night before that so that would be Tuesday night we had such a great time we went to the playfield really late almost midnight and there were coyotes and bunnies to see we both got super tired. And we went with just Mom. It was very complicated. She had to take us out one at a time.
Iris is in a blue light. I think coda somehow changed it to blue when he was playing with her and coda is in the dark. His harness is broken right now. They’re on the dark playfield they were supposed to be some auroras, but we did not see them just a lot of cloud Just another photo for their way showing that it was mostly cloudy no Aurora’s visible

hello everyone, mom has been neglecting our account because she has limited time that she can see her phone so she really enjoys posting her bird photos on her personal account. really hope you’re having a good day. what have we been up to? Well, Koda got to go see his girlfriend yesterday.
The puppies did together walks last night. It’s raining again here we had a nice couple day break. here they both are on a walk. I think Harris is yawning and coda is looking at the camera. They’re on that white rock in their neighborhood and it’s dark.

ready set go! This security camera that looks at Koda pick this up. I thought it was kind of cute. They look like they’re running a race, but really they were playing and they went and turned under the deck and then turned back really quickly to go run out.

good evening everyone, we had a busy day at our favorite SniffSpot. we are trying to make a habit of going here as it is so easy for mom to spend time with both of us together. she gets steps and forest-bathing time and we get to do nosework and run around in a big space that’s safe.
Koda and Eris at the picnic table then I sat down to get ready and you’ll see in the last photo is laying down exhausted this is our official photo today. They look so cute. Iris’s tongue is still not out, but that’s OK. She looks like she’s smiling. Coda’s tongue is out. They’re standing on painted rubber tires that are made into steps and there’s beautiful leaf litter around them. Erica got very tired. The next thing I know she’s laying on this table. I did not ask her to get up and she looks like she’s asleep. This is as I was packing up ready to go. There is two pumpkins beside her.

then last night Mom took us both for separate walkies. We really want to go together. It’s frustrating to us that we can’t anymore. We worked so hard, but we still pulled too hard. (ahem Koda) and we just weigh too much together when we see bunnies and they are everywhere 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇
Iris is in front of our new neighbor’s house. His house is almost behind us so we’re kitty corner neighbors we share the alley. coda he did not have his harness on last night. The strap broke, but he doesn’t need it. He does have a harness on, but just not a lighted harness. He has his paws on a rock. The white rock and I’m looking down at him. sorry we haven’t been posting. sometimes mom barely has the energy to meet our needs right now. but Wed and Thursday it pour and poured. there were no squirrels and we got out quickly but without photos. yesterday we went to our favorite sniff spot and our dad was able to join us.
Eris is running out the camera she’s in the woods she’s looking on the camera at her dad coda, I don’t know what he’s doing. He’s hiding under a tree. I think he’s trying to see if Eris can find him. if you think about it, we play hide and seek with them all the time I think now he was playing hide and seek his tongue out and he’s sitting down have a possum day says the rock Hood is sitting down on the right area hazard on a log on the left. I think we’re about ready to leave the new spot. We had such a grand time.

getting Eris tongue out is the most difficult thing she doesn’t exert herself as much as me unless we’re at a sniff spot and she gets really tired. mom is giving her treats and snapping away and she got this silly one. 😝

i’m back home after my whirlwind visit with Stella. we had a great time and went on some new walks together.

Put a drinking water out of a green expandable silicone bowl. There’s a backpack lane on the right and he’s laying down and we’re at our favorite place. There’s a few of the water and two bodies of land in between the water.
