Exactly! The point is to just do it for the hell of it! Some of the best blogs I read in the early 2000s had a super small audience. Some people are just motivated to do things only if it gets them money or clout and thats sad af. Do shit for you!

Tetris causes pegging

It was originally an insult invented in the early 2000s by 2chan users for women that were so into yoai/BL that they did care for dating. The women later reclaimed the insult. Fujoshi literally translates to Rotten girl as in too rotten to marry.

I had a highschool friend with a very similar story. She was obessed with a character from CardCaptor Sakura to the point of almost a psychosis. Turns out her parents were super emotionally & verbally abusive. We were all 15ish yo nerds so we had no idea how to help her. I wish we had tried though.

This is a very much needed post. I have ruined certain aspects of my life due to extreme escapism through fiction. The escapism was need to protect myself as a child but than it became maladaptive. Currently, Ive seen way too many fans going that same route or even being more extreme about it.
