IMO the title changed from NEO to DASH in late Aug 97 (per the ROMs).
Magazines are written ~2.5 months ahead, so too late for VJump’s Oct issue but in time for Nov.
VFest was July 31 so it used NEO but the video covering it was finished in Sept so they edited in the final name.

As much as I’m glad this folder exists and I will certainly try to get one, I am not a fan of the decision to showcase a mostly blank page with just the title written on it. I’m sure there must have been many more interesting pages to consider. I’m partial to this one

Cut Man and Guts Man are iconic characters and exist here very close to their final form, though it looks like Cut might be number 005 and Guts 012 instead of numbers 3 and 4. It’s a little hard to tell at this resolution.

I’m delighted at the idea that AI translation is used for hentai so often that we’ve reached the point it just assumes indecipherable scribbles are sex noises and innuendos, and then just phones it in like Steve Martin’s weatherman character in LA Story.
