This is such a dumb complaint, but by gosh do I wish we got some Ishgardians, Voeburtine or hell Alexandrian Knights clad in some sweet armor with detailed heraldry riding chocobos into battle.
Also, yes. I know Bretonnia sucks and I'm terrible for liking them.
