None that I can notice compared to the original gamepad. Seems to be the same/authentic experience.

The touch screen works! It even pics up my steam deck's microphone!

I dunno, this is on a real, unmodded Wii U. For emulators I imagine you could just run it on steam deck connected to a monitor and set things up manually. This software is for pairing other devices with a real Wii U as a gamepad replacement.
