That's not a Win11 blunder, it happens for WinStore games on my Win10 install. The workaround is insane too (it uses the date format you have setup for the language select)

There are two ways to get this treatment. One is threatening Valve employees (there was one developer that mentioned going after Newell with a knife that got instayeeted from the store), the other having content their legal deems CSAM - and you do not second chances then

The developer's article mentions why they think they got banned and this is consistent with Valve's content curation so far.
They have been okay with violence, porn or other extreme content (provided the game is tagged properly, and if it isn't you get a chance to resubmit).

Steam isn't PC gaming, or are you implying Newell gets a cut each time a person buys Fortnite VBucks or League of Legends... Whatever it is you can buy for it?

Up to the user, there are DP to HDMI converters, or you could just use 4:2:0 signal, which generally isn't that big of an issue for gaming
