Setting aside for a moment the whole "Congress declares war" thing and focusing on the issue at hand... Specifically: "do we keep bombing rando individual civilian boats or do we go after the dictator that is theoretically culpable..." I *detest* that 70%.

Nah, man. It ain't that hard to understand. As it relates to economics and willingness to use govt. power, Trump is very similar to the Democrats of the last 50 years, at least. He was actually the RINO he accused everyone elso of being. Thats why so many Dems were comfortable crossing over.
