That whole area must have been just a stunning ranch. It was originally the Andrews Ranch and then Andrews daughter married William Caughlin and they moved their house from Virginia City to the current location on Mayberry and added. I've been to craft fairs there. Now it's the Mayberry Gardens.

Apparently - The money going from a housing allowance to a bonus also now makes the money taxable. Military housing allowances are not taxed, but bonuses are.
