In fairness to Manning, he is absolutely right that the issues run deeper than just the manager. But the fact that Clement has managed to extract so much more from an even more depleted squad than Manning had, says to me that something was also fundamentally wrong with the coaching.

I didnt hear Knappers comments to be honest. It just seems like, in some fans eyes, Knapper gets handed a spreadsheet of names and stats from Lee Dunn, gets on the phone to their agent, and whacks a contract under their nose

I think it would be interesting. Was just listening to the Radio Norfolk coverage from the AGM and a lady was talking about how we're not like Chelsea and can't afford to gamble signing players solely based on data.
