Same for events like the Super Bowl. While the land for the stadium might be owned by a city or county, the event remains a private event for the duration of it. The event operators get to decide who is allowed on the property during that private event.

Even if the Republicans agree to extend the subsidies, they'll end up doing it long after open enrollment has ended, forcing people to drop coverage before it shows up.
