If I'm designing merch and don't have a clear vision, I specifically try to find a species that I haven't done before or is under-represented. People that like foxes can get that anywhere, but only *I* have the giraffe. >3c

As far as materials go, they only factor a little bit into my pricing structure unless I need to purchase something specific. Per piece, the price of materials is negligible vs the price of labor.

In general, I price paper pieces cheaper than canvas or wood, but that's about it lol

I popped over there for just a second earlier today and folks are downright nasty, even in furry spaces.

I don't blame you if you do, but I'm not sure if it's worth it purely from a mental health aspect- and that's assuming you managed to get any kind of reach at all.

FurCon isn't one I've looked much into due to the size and distance. (13hr drive, I think?) I may try to risk it one day when we haven't had so much car trouble lol

I used it successfully exactly once. I accidentally bought whole cumin and didn't have a spice grinder.

Just use a knife. It's not hard.
