NYC should study the intersection of maps showing residential density and maps of traffic density. Areas that need noise control stand out immediately. Major residential boulevards are echoing canyons when an ambulance, or a car without a muffler, speeds through at 4:00AM. No one sleeps.

Nice. Modular it seems. Could use additional storage like a linen closet and a pantry. Closets could be optimized as well. Otherwise, great light and air.
