My RSVP for this meeting was "sorry I'll miss bike (& walk) stuff because I'm doing bike stuff". Pedal the Park rolls at 5:30 & we have 6 bike requests. Riding to 🍕 afterwards.

Word salad from the minutes of the June 12th AMC mtg: "Understand this is a frequently used bike lane but not removing the turn lane is the recommendation because in this case you are not taking away the option to bike but if you remove the turn lane you are taking away this option."

Correction as I understood it: the WBN *rep* wasn't able to *make* the meeting & so the POV didn't include advocacy for people walking/biking (wild that others on the cmte aren't, like, interested in non-vehicular issues too!)

Can't say specifically but when I passed through Shelby Park it was quite high. Lake Shelby is also nearly road level.
