One of my kids and I have often had red bumps on hands, sometimes happens at change of seasons, or perhaps as a reaction to an irritant. My allergist dad said it was contact dermatitis and to put some cortisone cream on it and try to stay away from irritants like harsh soaps, fragrances, etc.
