Of course you can, and they should. It's their responsibility to do just that. They swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. If they execute unlawful orders, they, and the responsible parties who gave the orders, will be held accountable.

The already convicted felon should have been in prison on Jan 7, 2021, and never have been allowed out.
