First day of xmas shopping holiday in Yorkshire. The rain in Leeds was not good but the holiday cottage is stunning and ornate with a great view of Castle Howard. Will be heading there with my included tickets to explore their Wizard of Oz decorations

This ambassadors lounge at the Savoy Theatre is a bit fab! My included dessert board is a lemon cheesecake, marmalade sandwich and a chocolate donut. Pot of tea too and then a cocktail

So having seen this costume/puppet and the first night bow I am looking at ticket prices for Paddington the Musical. This is possibly the most adorable stage creation ever.

Went to a nearby market town today and found these. I’ve named the first one ‘Knock off Noctis’ as he’s clearly not the most official figure ever but he’s recognisable and only £14. The Kingdom Hearts figures on the other hand are legit and still boxed for £18

Dan Mora’s Jason Todd Batman in KnightFight is looking good - even if Jason has gone for the smallest bat ears possible. As ever Jason appears to be the bat kid physically closest to Bruce in size

My new / old watch. A 1980s Seiko 5 from Etsy for £42 - some minor scuffs and a bit of a scratch on the glass but looking good for its age. And no need for batteries!

Took this photo after dinner in Vieux Nice on Thursday because I thought the light and narrow streets were lovely. My mum looked and said it made her think of Van Gogh’s Cafe at Arles and I think that golden glow is very south of France for me

It’s a pretty nice hotel room (there’s a nespresso machine too), free snacks and drinks all day, and the rooftop terrace isn’t bad either!

Rock and roll lifestyle - checked into a travelodge before my 8:30am flight and had a nice warm bath, drank some hot chocolate and took ibuprofen. Living the dream! 😂
