It's almost charming to watch them mangle an effect this bad and leave it in instead of the crap today where it looks bad because of a lack of any sort of actual craft. Just, like, nothing here works. It's incredible.

I know it's mostly nostalgia talking, but I feel like the Street Fighter Alpha series was such a cool, weird thing. Mostly because I love this sicko. Look at Adon. Why is he a ginger Thai boxer? We'll never know. What we do know is he's rad as fuck.
