By all measures for Serbian economy, I'm middle class.
Own a company, some estate, rent some of it. Yearly income around 70K. A car. An owned apartment.
Even with all that, I'm barely surviving. For the last 15 years I haven't managed to save a single cent.
I stop working for 1 month, I'm dead.

Looking back, I probably should've picked medicine or veterinary skill. Biotech will be always in high demand, even when the world falls down and cities are consumed in a nuclear fire, even then being a doctor would be the most important job ever.

Until I make big money and retire, or until I move to a more forgiving country with a real social safety net, I will be struggling, everyday, every month, to make ends meet.
