Hello. I just started a (new) BlueSky account to talk about my life living with rheumatoid arthritis.
I wrote a little story talking about how I was officially diagnosed since I thought that may be a good way to start.

Tried to lock in making the marinate for Taiwanese pork chops and opening my pending packages on the floor, and they still took me two hours to do that.
Since I'm wfh today, I think I may skip proper lunch and just make proper dinner instead.
I have so much stuff I want to do that take time...

Physical therapy kicked my ass today. The PT did some intense massage/adjustment on my left elbow by pressing and bending my elbow at a certain angle before I did the rest of my workout.
I have a feeling I'm going to wake up so sore tomorrow.

There's a trend going on in Instagram where people are sharing photos from 2016 (10 years ago). I went back to check my 2016 photos and realized that I had a fantastic year traveling and going to places within the US.
It was also Pokemon's 20th anniversary, and I did a lot of stuff about it, too.
