Hmmm, suddenly a large unencumbered ROW opens up that would suit commuter rail.

Honestly, if the province would do it right, I'd like to see the BLT and COLT, and Mainland Trail made into a REM-style elevated rail over them. Great use of space, moving 2 types of commuters and shelter from rain.

Well, good thing the gas station isn't a part of the (current) Halifax Common 🤷

Maybe they would prefer that section of Robie be bus only with bus gates that ticket non buses/emerg/registered taxis/and ♿ plated vehicles instead? (I know I would... Except for the whole Peninsula)
