Trying to find facts here, is this $4.5 trillion in tax cuts and $2trillion in spending cuts divided over 10 years or is it every single year for 10 years? Medias Touch is quoting $20 trillion in deficit growth total for the next 10 years. I’m confused because our annual yearly tax revenue is $5T.
