We're doing something different for Thanksgiving this year, at a different beach. We have a nice view of a major shipping lane, which I genuinely enjoy.

I like the alien cars that are clearly inspired by real identifiable cars. The 1958 Pontiac Bonneville is a unique choice by the animators that I appreciated.

I'm wondering if you have any pictures of fire engines active in Spokane in 1980, or know where I could find some. We had an old Spokane FD truck come up on IMCDb, and I found this picture of a '70s truck on Pinterest, but that site is useless if I want more detailed information.

Today I finally got around to trying to rebelt the alternator in my camel cricket sanctuary.
I wanted to at least try it myself before taking it to a professional.
Conclusion: I got most of the way myself, but I need a professional to get it across the finish line.
I am glad I tried, though.
