Don't waver, I think they get the titles. Even if, for no other reason, to award Harley & Willow for how great they've been this year. Harley getting her first title will be Hangman levels of pop.

I did something similar in TEW, with every PPV being the end of a tournament. I had 6 PPVs with various kinds of tournaments. Lots of fun!
