Mainly Arsenal, trademarks, and dogs.
He knew how much force was in that ”tackle.” And it is compounded by him trying to fake an injury. Definite red.

I don't take it as an insult at all. Rather, I see it as an admission that the Bayern coaching staff failed to properly prepare their players. That's on them.

Clearly Arsenal's set pieces created a lot of confusion and fear in the Bayern team. People over index situations where they are afraid, so it isn't surprising that he came away from that game thinking "Arsenal are a set piece club."

When I heard the Jover comment I knew it was time to sync the arsenal dot com commentary to the game. I didn't regret my decision.

At least it was 2 in and 1 out.

Where would Merino, the 4th choice striker, who has been key to 2 of the best attacking efforts in the last 2 games, play in the second 11?

Always nice to see Neuer's resting smug face sad.

Fingers crossed that you are allowed to still support Roma at the conclusion of the great sorting.

I'm not even that creative in my football related dreams.

And seemingly less of a sociopath too.

To have the composure and balance to spin past the defenders then dink the keeper. It was ridiculous.

Infantino has learned from all of the despots he hangs out with, corruption out in the open doesn’t get punished.
November 25, 2025 at 5:33 PM
That wasn't the first time he ragdolled Richarlison in the game.
November 25, 2025 at 3:42 AM
I'd also add in a dash of hubris. It seems many feel like because they were a professional player they know everything there is to know due to their past achievements. Zero curiosity regarding the evolution of the game.

Occam's razor = they are dumb.
November 24, 2025 at 5:23 PM
I'm pretty sure Le Saux (could have been Dixon) began the season saying that Gyokeres was a hold up striker who doesn't really run the channels. Maybe I underestimate how hard their job is, but to be that wrong seems intentional or recklessly avoiding the truth.

My tolerance of the dinosaur hardman is near zero. I've been hit in face, it hurts, especially when it is cold.
November 24, 2025 at 3:45 PM
Graeme Le Saux repeatedly questioned this call too, but I don't recall them showing this angle during the broadcast. As you demonstrate the correct call was made.
November 24, 2025 at 3:10 PM
These media narratives are really expensive to create, and I'm not sure it is responsible for Arsenal to dispense with them so quickly.
November 24, 2025 at 2:19 PM
Are you saying that the silver lining of getting the better player after the Eze rejection might just be fools gold?
November 24, 2025 at 1:41 PM
Van de Ven is hopeless on the ball, nope. I'll stick with Trossard too, he creates and scores, Kudus not so much.
November 23, 2025 at 5:30 PM
This is my concern as well.
November 23, 2025 at 3:35 PM
Luckily Jonathan Wilson doesn't appear to be weighed down by shame/self-doubt, so we don't have to worry about him experiencing any mental health issues for being habitually wrong.
November 22, 2025 at 4:49 PM
Can't remember who said, "don't put Virgil van Dijk in you FPL team."
