lol I mean yes and no. I love that spirit but non violent civil disobedience has to work in concert with a violent alternative. People are naive or propagandized to believe non violence alone can win the day. But yes we’re not getting out of this without more bloodshed. And some people need killing.

A fed plant apparently.

Thanks.

Someone who understands advocating for violent resistance is often condemned by their fellows and always persecuted by the state so isn’t quick to include their personal identifying information. ✌️

This is hilarious because you’re Australian. It’s not surprising you’d be sunk in imperialist propaganda about the “right way” to resist.

Even on the eve of independence, the famous naval mutiny shook the country in 1946. Nor should we forget the role played by the Indian National Army led by Subhash Chandra Bose.”

In addition, there was a series of armed mass movements led by the Left: Telangana, Tebhaga and many other revolts in different parts of India. Bhagat Singh and his comrades in the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association also played a major role.

In fact, the armed resistance groups were very powerful and made a major contribution to the struggle for India’s independence. The movement was particularly strong in Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh (then called the United Province) and Punjab.

“As far as India’s liberation movement and Gandhi’s non-violence are concerned, it’s an exaggerated and sanitised version of Indian history that was presented by the Congress party and liberal historians, particularly after independence.
January 25, 2026 at 6:15 PM
Next you’ll tell me MLK and Mandela did it alone as well. No militant backing to their movements. Only throwing bodies into the gears until the machine grew tired of slaughter.
January 25, 2026 at 5:37 PM
Yea let’s erase the violent Indian resistance that was the stick to ghandis carrot. The myth of non violence serves only the state and you are deep in the propaganda. If there is no stick, carrots do not succeed.
January 25, 2026 at 5:36 PM
Hell yea brother. “Democracy” definitely didn’t get us here with secret police forces an untouchable elites! We can vote our way outta this for sure!
January 25, 2026 at 5:33 PM
Ok point me to your top 3 times fascists were stopped with words and non violence alone. No sticks only carrots.
January 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM
It’s insulting to the Indian militant resistance to British occupation to believe the lie that non violence won out by itself. Maybe read up on how many Indians did FIGHTING British occupation. You’re a child with a child’s understanding of the world.
January 25, 2026 at 4:32 PM
😂 fine by me my friend. I’ll welcome your glorious pacifist revolution. When we’re all free from tyranny and no one had to pick up a weapon I’ll come back and say you were right and i was wrong. ✌️
January 25, 2026 at 2:39 PM
I didn’t say non violence is not effective. I said it’s not effective ALONE. it has to be backed with the real, tangible threat of organized violent resistance. Carrot and stick. If there is no worse alternative the violent repressive state will not respect a non violent movement.
January 25, 2026 at 2:19 PM
Yes a true fed operation of some guy with 35 followers. Really effective cia plant. Goofball.
January 25, 2026 at 2:16 PM
non violence is a myth that benefits the state. That non violence is the only successful and possible form of resistance is propaganda. One, it’s unfortunately not as successful or definitive as violence and two, it has to be paired with the threat of violence. Carrot and stick.
January 25, 2026 at 6:08 AM
Speak for yourself lol. I want that.
