When I was driving back from MFF yesterday there was a white civic that took the same route as me from springfield Ill all the way to within a few streets of my house

I got my own self-hosted PDS working!
Basically, this dev account's data is hosted on my own server at home instead of Bluesky's servers. But it's still readable by others using bsky like normal!
Gonna eventually migrate this account there too

Now that I have my fediverse instance running, I’m getting curious about running my own AT proto stack too
Since it’s newer and projects are still being built out for an entire self hosted stack, I think it would be a fun project

Wait, so I’m not going crazy in that the steam machine existed before right?
Like yeah the first time they weren’t made by valve and were more like partnerships with PC manufacturers but, this is more of a reboot of the hardware than a totally new release right?

So I'm not super well versed on music genres, but does anyone know what genre that the bands Chon and Floral would be considered?
I was thinking math rock, but not all their music has complex time signatures like I thought math rock had, so I'm not sure what it would fall under

Finally got a proper server rack! I was also able to reorganize to make a nice sort of mini maker space in the basement
