Engineer 24h/7 ?
Ok, I fail to be friendly 24h/7, sorry for that.
So, dems will end human spaceflight for USA?

I doubt. Obama was smart when he enabled competition for launch services.
NASA&tax payers have saved tens of billions.

Nonsense.
It is new tech. The lowest latency satellite network so far.
And the most responsible handling of launch debris and satellite lifetime.
etc.

Facts remain.

The pricing and other facts (like their current superiority in rocketry) are openly available.

But as most of you guys BELIEVE also in flat earth etc, you can not be educated.

bye

Not yet.
Not in capability and not in price.

But perhaps one day.

In a perfect world RocketLab conquers/beats both billionaires.

Yet they dominate in space cargo and in human spaceflight.

...and the video you all are waiting for: birds-eye view of the ZQ-3 first stage's botched landing burn. It was *that* close you know, getting further than the first New Glenn booster did and around where SpaceX were for Falcon 9 in late 2014-early 2015!

So ... Trump does the same thing that Putin does in eastern european countries, mess up the airspace with GPS interference.

It's terrorism.

Starlink should not work in russia controlled areas, but I'm not sure why the coverage is not shrunk more since 2022.
Almost as if the block/allow accuracy is hundreds of kilometers?

Apparently you have no clue about the matter.

Starship could have stayed in orbit already many times.
But they are trying to accomplish something much more difficult.

HLS is not ever going to try to be "human rated" in normal sence. Just like any other lander, it is going to be manned in space.

And I'm saddened to see that NASA has continued to use terroRuzzia's rocket services.

A 3-tonne Chinese rocket stage (CZ-3B Y67 stage 3, object 44867) launched in Dec 2019 and abandoned in orbit, made an uncontrolled reentry over eastern Florida at about 1120 UTC Nov 8 and was widely observed.

SpaceX is ~50% cheaper than the next guy and 90% cheaper than the old guy.

It is difficult to change. Billionaire can build a rocket company, normal people cannot. Government run operators cost 10x.

No-ones food money is used for "going to Mars".

After a quick calculation, less than 0,1% of the USA budget is used in Mars related activities.

Year ahead?

10 years ago SpaceX started to land their rocket boosters successfully.

They are 10+ years ahead of China.
November 29, 2025 at 9:20 PM
You would just cut the USA access to space and most likely save nothing (just like what DOGE did).
November 29, 2025 at 9:17 PM
NASA gets <1% of the budget. And it is useful investment.

SpaceX gets only some of that 1% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, especially when the president of the USA is friends with enemies, you can afford to cut military!
November 29, 2025 at 9:14 PM
I think SpaceX is not "funded".
NASA is funded. So is the Space Force.

NASA has saved tens of billions by buying services from SX instead of old contractors.

The Space Force says it has saved up to $40B by using SpaceX instead previous/old contractors.

NASA funding is tiny. Cutting it is futile.

I seems it exploded when it hit ground. Russia rarely use safety systems on their rockets/missiles.
