I also did a redraw of a very old (January 2019!) of an AU ship with my Kirby OC Prince Leo back on Valentine's Day! As requested by @meidomatsuri.bsky.social, I'm posting it here for everyone else to see!

Rare boyfriends ship moment for real...
Athereal, a puffball like Kirby, is talking to a Burning Leo named Leonard. In the first part of the image, they are walking when Athereal mentions that he's got the cutest boyfriend on the planet. Leonard, however, tells him to shut up because he's not cute lightheartedly. This causes Athereal to stop walking, "apologizing" as he goes to correct his blunder. Leonard stops soon after, confused as to what Athereal means by that. So, Athereal cups one of Leonard's cheeks and kisses him there, all while proclaiming that he's got the most adorable boyfriend on the planet. Leonard, now blushing, laughs as he tells his lover that that proclamation is, in fact, worse than just being called cute.
