I have one and so far procreate is nice and quick and simple. Is nice for frame by frame animation too some what.
um.. photoshop sort of style app is ArtStudio Pro. Its pretty good :)! Good brush engine as well; I'll definitely will have to try HeavyPaint for sure.

For your kind of style of artwork; You will highly benefit with an ipad pro/Ipencil.

Wow! Got to say one thing I miss of Twitter is higher res images to see the details and not as blurry as here. Hopefully they fix this
