Fair. But his last waiting experience wasn't exactly ideal, so it'd be understandable if he didn't want to do that again.

My uneducated assumption is that Suter thought he would get more term and/or AAV, but the market didn't materialize like his camp expected. So after a quieter than expected day 1 and options dwindling he had to settle on the best deal available.
