Can it still be thrown on vindictive prosecution grounds? I'd rather see it thrown because the Trump administration is corrupt as opposed to because it is incompetent.

Don't let David Hyde see this usage of anecdata.... To me there is an issue of fairness. If a restaurant is required to hang a light green slight smile at their door, shouldn't all food vendors be subject to inspection? Or is it all caveat emptor?
