Hey hey! Heading into the lull between Holidays to get back into the swing of things with #WIPSnips! It took a surprising amount of time to find a passage that had NO spoilers! But here it is!
With another sigh of contempt, she combed through her matted hair and slipped into her fur-lined and weather proofed boots, staring at her fitted spikes in contemplation. Was it yet warm enough to avoid those damned things? She peeked out of her crystalline window to see the sparkling white of frost and ice. Nai, the need for those clunky ties continued to linger. Was true spring ever going to come this year? Was the tundra weeping alongside the rest of Eastern Lands? She shook the intrusive thoughts from her mind and tied those damned metal plates to her feet. With a grounding breath, she stepped out into the cold with hundreds of questions swirling, competing with her attention. ‘Wizards save me,’ she thought. The smallest sound made startled her —would she ever recover from that jumpiness? Gripping the hilt of her short sword until her fingers went numb, she trudged along to the infirmary near the inner city's gates. To the reminders of her failures this last winter.

Ok, I haven’t been on here as much as I’d like, just cause it’s so new, but…

I have the OFFICIAL title reveal for my romantic tragedy coming Monday! This “novella” is quickly turning into a full-blown novel, set in the world of “The Grim”. I can’t wait to share this exciting journey with you!!!

For “The Grim”, I outlined it to DEATH, but I’m glad I did!

My current WIP, I got about 12k words into it before I realized that I should probably outline it at least a little bit lol.
