Once I learned that I can only control what I do and how I respond to what happens… life has been pretty peaceful. Once I’ve done all that I can, I give it to God and if it doesn’t turn out how I think it should, I have trust that better is coming, so either way, I’m good.

Yooo Tylenol is not gonna cut it. There’s no way I should have to take 3000+ mgs just so I can function throughout the day. Being intolerant to this thing is so annoying… I can’t take any of the other NSAIDS or else I’ll get an ulcer again…. Atp I need opioids

Remembering that my neurodivergence does not mean that there’s anything wrong with me and it’s okay if I do t get things done.

That it’s hard to create routine. We can get the hang of it for maybe 2 wks then miss one day and it’s hard to pick it back up. Or even going for 99 days. Literally one missed day and it’s hard to start back up again.
