Listen waits to get a connection, then returns a file descriptor (fd/int), then it's passed to accept. the sockaddr you're seeing is filled and returned by accept and contains a structure of data bout the client.

Arch here as well. I run a full sys upgrade once a week and the only time it breaks is on a new nvidia driver or new kernel, which causes Wayland+Hyprland to not wanna work. Takes about 60 seconds and a reboot to fix when it does actually happen.

How stable is it? Early moonlight streaming to 3DS I remember was quite poor. Even current attempts on Switch are iffy most of the time.
