I didn't expect her to be affectionate based on what I was told about her but my God she is actually a little lovebug too.. I am so happy I got these babies 💓 She's literally the prettiest and sweetest little baby

She is sleeping out in the open for the first time 🥺 and she was head butting me/leaning in for pets earlier! Her brother is still being standoffish for some reason. I was told Athena is way shyer than Apollo so it's weird how they are acting the opposite for me 😅

Their names are Athena and Apollo btw! The foster home named them, but I actually like their names and will keep them! They are 7 months old and were a "failed TNR project" (hence Athena's clipped ear) as they were a bit too friendly for re-release. They were feral til 4 months tho

She's actually the more shy of the two by far according to their foster, but strangely enough she actually seems more comfortable with me than her brother does. She let me pet her for the first time today!!

It's gonna take some adjustment as they have been terrors at night, but I'm hoping to get them into a rhythm where hopefully they can settle down when I do!

Yeah I'm actually shocked they both came out last night. I feared it would take weeks to get the female to come out around me. I think following Jackson Galaxy advice has helped, despite how tough it's been resisting the temptation to peek under the bed at them
