The aim should be for individual, not institutional, accountability.

Did a university obviously violate the first amendment rights of its faculty to suck up to Trump? Don't seek to fine the university, *seek to jail its president and trustees.*

People make decisions, people bear consequences.

A significant part of recovering from Trump 2.0 is going to be prosecuting its lawbreaking and the non-administration officials who aided it.

I'm not a lawyer but the 'Conspiracy against rights' statute (18USC241) seems like it could be a vehicle for pursuing non-state actors in this regard.

So in other words, be lazy.

It’s funny how the modern CEO investor types are probably some of the laziest motherfuckers around nowadays when they sit there and call us lazy, lol.

At least the infamous oil barons and train tycoons of the past actually put in tangible efforts with their investments.

It might also explain why kids now have so many issues: All of the world's bullshit is basically flung at them both personally and online in particular, which is now so much harder to even temporarily escape from given the modern internets' heavily consolidated, algorithmic and AI-heavy presence.

lol I was a 2000's kid.

I have so many good memories of the decade, but I also have come to realize a lot of that was because I was a kid who was very much isolated from the worst of the world (even lucky enough to skimp around the '08 recession, something a lot of families couldn't achieve).

:o The fact that this major American retailer has done /nothing/ to curtail these raids on their property has made it clear across America that ICE is not only tolerate, but welcomed. Please, dot not abide by this. Be a nuisance to an apathetic retailer who actively participates in cruelty.
