I agree but if the option to dump Beto for cash & replace him is there then they have to jump at it.
This squad needs so much, both Full Backs, a quality Centre Mid, a Striker, some would even say a Winger & a Centre Back.

Unfortunately dont know how you can deal with the longer term anxiety. However for sleep this technique has worked for me for years.
On tough nights I do it and the next thing I know is waking up in the morning.
Just something that might help along with the other suggestions you have got.

Similar for me. I have two real bugs bares with managers.
1. Pragmatic football that keeps losing leads... if your making safe decisions you better be keeping leads etc.
2. Subs that still piss me off weeks later. I'm quite for giving for subs bit certain ones, I just start losing trust.
