My season ticket holder group for Mariners divided up our tickets for next year! Still front row of 107! Awesome times. We hit up Botanicale in Fremont which is a beverage and plant store. They have an amazing social courtyard for when it’s warmer. So nice.

Always one of the best of days - It’s Key Day! I get to hand deliver keys to my buyers today & oh are they excited. It’s time to celebrate! I will miss showing them homes & catching up on the happenings as frequent- but I will still be able to say hello every once in awhile.

It’s happy holidays for my seller! The condo market in Seattle is a hard market to sell in right now not only due to the inventory that’s available, but also this time of year as there aren’t many buyers during the holiday season. My seller accepted an offer last month and closed today.

My buyers received a new set of keys all wrapped in a bow today. My very patient buyers had the benefit of time on their hands and it allowed them to wait until the market was ready to meet them at the price they wanted. This beautiful new world condo is now theirs. It’s a beautiful time to buy!

Most people who tell me they like fancy b e e r answer No when I ask them if they have heard of Floodland.they make the best saisons in the city and possible top 5 in the country. It’s delicate and balanced! They build relationships with farmers & are located in Fremont. Do check out Floodland!

Stats time! NWMLS Stats are out and check them out. As we enter the fall markets- you can see the condo market is still down. There is much inventory in that market & the townhome market too.In single family homes market- pricing is pretty steady. Reach out for coffee if you have real estate needs!
