My favorite difficulty setting menu from a video game has to be from Keep Driving which simply asks what your relationship with your parents is between 1 and 5.

I think my favorite unit from any RTS videogame is the Sampson unit from Empire Earth which is just a guy from the stone age carrying a large log that does siege damage.
