Today I visited Izzi, a Head Start program in my hometown. Child care is the backbone of our economy & families across America need a functioning government. Republicans must end their shutdown & work w/ @housedemocrats.bsky.social to help the 65k kids at risk of losing their preschools & day care.

The Republican government shutdown is preventing new life-saving treatments from being processed by the FDA.
This shutdown is hurting people. Republicans need to come back to DC and work on a bipartisan deal so that we can reopen the government.
