We can expect a decision in the National Guard case in Portland tomorrow. Here’s some quick updates.

Right-wing agitators at the Portland ICE facility appear to have committed multiple illegal acts on Saturday night.

Not included in this video is the crowd going to a resident’s apartment across from the ICE facility and live-streaming their harassment.

Portland ICE Facility 7:30PM: Tons of gas and flashbangs shot/thrown out, including right by me. Feds fired through a thick cloud of teargas. Hard to believe they could see through it when they were shooting stuff out.

ICE is likely surveilling protesters’ phones in Portland using fake cellphone towers, aka stingrays.

Federal agents in Portland shoved a protester to the ground and then fired pepper balls at another as they tried to help.

Safe to describe this as unnecessary force as they cleared the driveway.

Even after another pretty violent arrest, the inflatable dance party continues

Feds arrest one person at the Portland ICE facility at around 7:30. The reason is again unclear, but it was likely for stepping over the blue line. They were dragged into the facility by five agents while one filmed.

ICE is asking to be sued if they keep shooting pepper balls from the roof.

They hit an unarmed priest in the head in Chicago. A woman in Boston was killed by Boston police when she was shot in the eye by a pepper pellet in 2004.
