but you can argue with voters on social media all you want. some will go vote, some will stay home.
but you should be arguing with the consultants on here who shape dem messaging and build the information ecosystem. cuz they are doing it wrong.

her public position on genocide is not the only reason she lost: the full throated support for trump of the billionaire class and their captured media was a big factor in shaping opinion about her, too.

i believed, and still believe, that if elected she probably would have worked to swiftly end the genocide in gaza. if she had said so, it would have energized dem voters.
but she didn’t say so, and she lost the election, which is a manifold tragedy for people all over the world.

this is the right move for her- she can't win the governorship and she probably can't get reelected to congress given the likely +15 dem shift in congress in 2026. her odds are better if she goes on the fox news circuit and runs for president in 2028. sadly, i doubt she is going away for very long.

Her elections in the very conservative north country have been 60-40ish.
I wonder if republicans would be better off trying to get a popular pol from western NY?
I doubt that she is very well known in Buffalo or Rochester where she'd have to landslide to win.
