These aren't tags, they are labels. They are visible only in the json of posts.
Tags would be "# words".
Labels are for these.

For "SFW" Feeds I do remove posts if labelled.

There's 100+ posts in the remember block but only a few posts are in the feed.

Why isn't my post showing up in this feed?
Might because of:
SkyFeed's Limitations
- If your profile is "private" (logged-out users can't view it), then your posts will not show up in a feed.

You can try this if you are still stuck.
You can change the limit to 1 if you want the only highest liked post.
