It is of course better than BTM gas but we should ask about this situation relative to what *should* be happening too: the rapid elimination of fossil fuels.

For sure - but it's the classic Q's at play here imo. Is it additional? Did the deal materially impact the project's likelihood? And even if so: what ends up happening to the whole system in a situation where the finite resources of generation capacity, transmission, DER etc are diverted to DCs?
