A preprint on bioRxiv showed that CapLC provides the best results for 100ng to 5ug of peptide loads (upper picture). A 150u ID x 80mm 1.6u 100A PepMax C18P column provides excellent sensitivity and resolution when run at 2400nl/min in a 3 minute gradient and 4.5 minute total time (320SPD).
