Genuinely sucks that a part of my day to day job is trying to encourage poorer students to pursue education when instead of a progressive loan system with higher earners paying more, increasing amounts of low earners get pulled in, so feel less of a benefit from 🎓..and be apolitical 😅

Surely at this point instead of allowing people to explain away student loans as 'a graduate tax' when they are avoided by grads with wealthy parents, just making it a flat tax for all is the most equal logical step?
